1. A wedding date is provisionally secured by a booking for a period of 10 days following the date of the booking.

2. The wedding or event date will only be officially reserved after Nebo Venue has received the booking deposit of R 10 500.00 for the summer season and R 8 500.00 for the winter season.

3. There is no reimbursement for the reservation deposit. The bride and groom hereby acknowledge and confirm that they were specifically informed of the deposit's non-refundable nature and that, by signing the legally binding contract, they unconditionally agree that they will have no claim against Nebo Venue for repayment of the booking deposit for any reason at all, particularly not in the event that the booking is canceled or is unable to proceed for any reason at all.

CANCELLATIONS
CANCELLATIONS

1. Nebo Venue will take the required precaution for the safety of your personal items and equipment but will not take responsibility for any damages or loss of any item or equipment.
